• Mandatory: Practical knowledge and active usage of AI tools for troubleshooting server issues, analyzing logs, and boosting efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via ticketing system, live chat, and email, handling everything from basic site configurations (e.g., WordPress) to advanced server escalations.
• Administer, diagnose, and troubleshoot server environments, WHMCS, and DNS configurations.
